Returns & Refunds

We maintain a strict non-refund policy due to the nature and safety of our supplement products.

• Orders are final and non-refundable once processed and shipped.
• Customers have up to 12 hours after placing their order to request changes, corrections, or to cancel an order. After this 12-hours window, all purchases are considered final and may not be returned or refunded.
• Opened, used, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Exceptions

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Documentation such as photos may be required to validate the claim for any shipment issues. Upon verification, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
